SIGNATURE ESPRESSO MARTINI

Mantarays version of the popular Espresso Martini. Vodka, Mr Black (cold brew coffee liqueur), home made salted honey coconut syrup and a double shot espresso.

The Mulla Mulla flower is said to help those who have a “prickly” persona relax and help form closer relationships. We believe a healthy dose of Gin, Wild Strawberries and a fragrant Rooibos mist does a better job and tastes much better too! Bombay, Crème de Violettes, Cherry Bitters, ube syrup, lemon juice, egg white, Rooibos Vanilla mist. Fragrant and herbaceous with a silky texture.
