Apartment 1-Bedroom

Generously proportioned and fully self-contained, our One-Bedroom Apartments offer a relaxed, residential-style stay overlooking the Exmouth Marina and resort surrounds. Ideal for longer stays or those seeking more space, these thoughtfully designed apartments feature a separate bedroom, kitchen, and living area. Two of these apartments are also configured for accessible access, with particular consideration given to the bathroom layout.

  • 1 King bed or 2 King single beds (twin configuration available on request)

  • Maximum occupancy: This room accommodates up to 2 guests using existing bedding. A third guest will be accommodated on a rollaway bed which is recommended for persons aged 15 years or under (additional charges apply).

For added flexibility, dual access can be arranged by reserving an adjoining Classic Room to create a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout — perfect for families or small groups travelling together.
